Looking for Executive Chef on a leading restaurant at Kannur. Restaurant opening time 07:00 AM to 11:30 PM in midnight. Seating capacity - 105 nos with South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and Arabic Cuisines.

Key responsibility are mentioned below;
Key responsibility are mentioned below;
1.Control/organise/arrange all kitchen staff, day to day kitchen and party order activities.

2. Conduct meeting with staff, Weekly/Monthly report to be submitted to Operation Manager/Management.

3. New dishes to be introduced as and when required. Food cost to be maintained as decided by Management. Wastage to be control.

4. Daily kitchen closing stock to be monitored and to be verify with sales summary for any deviation.

5. Food quality, taste and appearance to be in standards and ensure all sections are maintaining the requirements.

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
