Atria University is a new private university located in Bengaluru, India. We are taking a new approach to learning, using extensively planned and designed “sprint-style” courses to give students an in-depth immersion in a series of interlinked topics. We offer five future-oriented interdisciplinary majors - Mobility, Life Sciences, Energy Sciences, Digital Transformation, and Interactive Technology.

We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join us full-time as program assistant. If hired, you will work with the Program Advisor & Program Director of the Mobility major to support the smooth setting up and functioning of the program.

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- You will report directly to the Program Advisor initially.
- Maintaining regular communication with the Program Advisor and Program Director on ongoing tasks and new developments in the program.
- Reaching out to and maintaining contact with potential faculty, external vendors, and others who support the program.
- Scheduling and tracking meetings and minuting them for decisions and actions/ targets, events, and other time-sensitive tasks for the Program.
- Conduct online research and benchmarking of various courses and programs relevant to the Mobility major.
- Other supporting roles necessary for the smooth functioning of the major.

**Required qualifications**:
The following qualifications are mandatory:

- A bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent ability to conduct basic quantitative and analytical tasks.
- Excellent familiarity with MS office or other similar productivity software.
- Good administrative discipline and work ethics.

**Preferred qualifications**:
The following criteria are not mandatory, but are desirable:

- Some familiarity with the Indian automotive sector
- Some experience working in an academic setting
- Ability to carry out tasks with mínimal supervision.
- A resident of Bengaluru city preferably near the Hebbal / Anand Nagar area (close to the campus).

**Compensation**:
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualification, as per Atria University policy.
