**Overview**:
Stonesoup Trust is looking for a dynamic and motivated _Program Associate_ to support our mission of creating zero-waste communities and fostering sustainable living practices. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from Social Sciences, Humanities, BBA, or Mass Communication backgrounds who are passionate about environmental sustainability and community development. As a Program Associate, you will assist in program coordination, volunteer management, proposal writing, fundraising, and social media outreach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Coordination**: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliverables.
- **Volunteer Management**: Lead volunteer engagement activities, coordinate schedules, and manage communications with volunteers to ensure meaningful participation in Stonesoup’s initiatives.
- **Fundraising and Proposal Writing**: Assist in drafting proposals and reports for fundraising initiatives, identifying potential funding opportunities, and collaborating with the team to meet project funding goals.
- **Social Media Management**: Support content creation and social media campaigns to promote Stonesoup's work, raising awareness about sustainable practices and ongoing projects.
- **Community Outreach and Engagement**: Assist in organizing workshops, awareness campaigns, and community programs aimed at promoting sustainable practices and zero-waste living.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance for program logistics, documentation, and data management.
- **Impact Reporting**: Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of Stonesoup’s projects and present findings to stakeholders.
- **Partnership Development**: Support the team in liaising with community groups, NGOs, and local authorities to strengthen partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduate with a degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration (BBA), or Mass Communication.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Interest in environmental sustainability, community development, or social impact.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience with volunteering, internships, or community engagement activities is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
