Maintain relationship with the partners by providing information and guidance while at the same time recommending new opportunities and service improvements
- Collect constant feedback from the partners and work with our product team to lay down the requirements and enhancements required
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Ensure consistent performance reporting, detailing seller satisfaction, complaints and improvements feedback to the senior management
- Cross sell our products to the existing partners to improve ARPU (average revenue per user)
- Execute the complete acquisition, closure & sign up formalities (Contract Signing)
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all enterprise customer management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to enterprise partner needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Graduation diploma or its equivalent
- Prior Enterprise Sales and Customer service in the **Fintech, FMCG, Telecom, or Banking sector**
- Understanding of financial and banking transaction flows
- Good communication within the team
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Experience in document creation.
- Patient and active listener.
- Passion for service.
- Proficiency in **English, Hindi and Marathi/Konkani**
