Customer Service Executive

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services and obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Actively resolve issues for our enterprise partners over the phone and keep updated records of all communications
- Actively engage with internal teams to get the queries resolved for the customers in the defined turn around times

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Graduation diploma or its equivalent
- Prior experience of using support CRM
- Prior telephone customer support and sales experience
- Basic understanding of banking, finance and technology products
- Flexibility with office timing depending upon business requirements
- Good communication within the team
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi
