- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure proper table service.
- Upsell menu items, combos, and promotions to maximize sales.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure adherence to restaurant service standards, SOPs, and hygiene guidelines.
- Assist in billing, payment processing, and maintaining order records.
- Support colleagues and maintain a positive team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and basic food & beverage service standards.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed, and guest-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
