**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions in manufacturing plants - including production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, EHS, etc.
- Partner with plant HR teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with plant teams.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with high quality of hire and low turnaround time.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation standards.
- Assist in employer branding activities and talent pipeline creation.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of recruitment experience in non-IT hiring, with specific exposure to manufacturing/plant hiring.
- Strong understanding of factory-based organizational structures and job functions.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and close positions in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration / Any relevant discipline
- A PG Diploma in HR would be an added advantage
- Comfortable working from our Bengaluru corporate office
- Willing to collaborate with regional and plant HR teams across multiple locations
