**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Develop and execute **sales strategies** to increase market share.
- Achieve **monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets**.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand retail, wholesale, and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) partnerships.
- **Distributor & Channel Management**:

- Appoint and manage **distributors, wholesalers, and retailers**.
- Ensure **efficient product availability and timely order fulfillment**.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Provide insights on **pricing, promotions, and product positioning**.
- **Brand Promotion & Customer Engagement**:

- Implement brand promotion activities such as **tastings, trade shows, and product launches**.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for digital and offline promotions.
- Ensure brand visibility across different sales channels.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with **local and state liquor laws, licensing, and regulations**.
- Maintain proper records of **sales, distribution, and inventory**.
- Coordinate with finance teams for invoicing and payment collection.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Prepare regular reports on **sales performance, stock movement, and market feedback**.
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in **Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field**.
- **Experience**:2-5 years** of sales and distribution experience, preferably in the **alcohol, FMCG, or beverage industry**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **sales, distribution, and retail management**.
- Experience in handling **HORECA, distributors, and key accounts**.
- Familiarity with **state excise laws and liquor licensing regulations**.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to **travel extensively** for market visits and distributor meetings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **alcohol distribution, spirits, or wine industry**.
- Knowledge of **supply chain logistics and inventory management**.
- Existing relationships with **liquor distributors, retailers, or HORECA clients**.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
