**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for FMCG products.
- **Client Acquisition and Retention**: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while nurturing existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product Positioning and Promotion**: Devise effective product positioning strategies and promotional campaigns to differentiate FMCG products in the market and drive consumer interest and demand.
- **Channel Management**: Manage various distribution channels including retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and online platforms to maximize product availability and visibility.
- **Market Analysis and Insights**: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends. Utilize insights to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and support to sales teams and channel partners to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement techniques.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring**: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of FMCG industry dynamics, market trends, and consumer preferences.
- **Sales Expertise**: Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market data, interpret sales trends, and generate actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
- **Leadership Abilities**: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate sales teams and channel partners to deliver results.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales management or FMCG industry would be advantageous.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Proficient in using sales and CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools for sales planning, tracking, and reporting.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
