**Answering Inbound Calls**: Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, or requests for information in a professional and timely manner.
- **Handling Outbound Calls**: Reaching out to customers for follow-ups, promotions, surveys, or sales.
- **Customer Support**: Offering assistance related to product or service issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and providing information.
- **Problem Resolution**: Addressing and resolving customer complaints, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- **Data Entry and Documentation**: Recording customer interactions, maintaining detailed notes, and ensuring accurate information is stored in databases.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meeting specific performance targets, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales goals.
- **Providing Feedback**: Reporting customer feedback to management for improving products, services, or processes.
- **Maintaining Product Knowledge**: Staying up-to-date on the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with team members to ensure consistency in customer service and share best practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi kannada, english ,tamil (required)
