**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive in Bengaluru. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, service, communication, working in contact centers related tasks on a daily basis.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Contact Center operations experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using call center technology and CRM software
- Prior experience in a similar role into international Voice Process (US) is a must
- Willingness to work on rotational shift, Desired from E-commerce / Fulfillment Centers or Logistics domain experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
