Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, confirm orders, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Listen to customer concerns, provide accurate information, and offer effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Accurately enter customer information and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments into the company’s system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Participate in regular training sessions and quality assurance activities to improve performance.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: High school diploma or any degree
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with computers and customer service software.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
