Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at our location in Bangalore for a Professional and profecient Call Center Executive. The Call Center Executive will be Responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, resolving customer queries and complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient communication.

  • meticulous attention to language and detail
  • Good knowledge and experience of Call center ethics and necessities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or night shifts if required.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with queries, requests, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Record details of calls, customer interactions, and resolutions in the CRM or relevant system.
  • Follow defined scripts, processes, and quality guidelines while maintaining a natural and courteous tone.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the supervisor or relevant department.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Follow company policies, data security norms, and compliance requirements at all times.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions to improve skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
