**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Attica Gold Company is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Provide information about Attica Gold Company’s products and services.
- Assist customers with issues or concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Upsell and cross-sell company products where applicable.
- Follow up on customer queries and ensure issues are resolved.
- Ensure a positive customer experience with excellent communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is an advantage).
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
