**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions and follow-ups.

**Policy and Documentation Management**
- Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and claims-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of all client interactions and transactions.

**Data and Reporting**
- Prepare and analyse reports related to customer feedback, complaints, and service trends.
- Monitor and track service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Share insights and recommendations with management to enhance customer experience.

**Back-Office Operations**
- Manage and organize customer data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, underwriting) to address customer needs efficiently.
- Utilize MS Office tools to create reports, presentations, and documentation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management within the insurance sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in handling customer grievances and escalations.
