We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
** Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify potential customers through research and various lead generation techniques.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services and qualify leads.
** Sales and Customer Engagement**:
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers over the phone.
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address those needs.
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions to close sales.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing.
** Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
** Sales Administration**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
** Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
