**About the Telesales Representative**:
We're seeking a highly motivated, sales-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team. Working as a Telesales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating sales over the phone by advising potential customers on our products and showcasing how we can serve their needs.

For the Telesales Representative position, excellent communication skills are a must. As you'll be working with potential and returning clients, you have to have great people skills, as well.

**Telesales Representative Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential clients through cold calls
- Use pre-written scripts to showcase our products to possible customers, learning what their needs are and keeping the customer engaged
- Demonstrate how our products can best address client needs
- Upsell products if possible
- Maintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses
- Direct calls to other departments as needed
- Take incoming calls from current customers
- Keep a detailed record of all calls and sales
- Follow up on calls as needed

**Telesales Representative Requirements**:

- High school diploma required, although a BA/BS is a plus
- [1+] years experience as a Telemarketer
- Superb communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Comfortable making cold calls to potential clients
- A goal-driven, results-oriented mindset
- Working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
