Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow up on customer calls and inquiries to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in English
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset..
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
