**Job Description**:
Connect and engage with leads via outbound calls
Reach out to new customers and explain the services offered by the company
Initiate sales by follow up phone calls for pre-existing customers
Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations
based on customer needs
Capture insights from customer interactions and share it with the team
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and
sales
Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition

Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics

Excellent communication skills, Fluency in English and Hindi is required
Willingness to learn and grow
Empathy, respect and honesty towards clients and the team
Self-driven, ability to work under pressure
Telephone etiquette and persuasion skills
Active listening skills
Knowledge of various online matrimonial portals will be an added advantage
