Up to date information is collated on VIP arrivals expected for the day
- Profiles are collated and updated
- Knowledge is up to date on hotel facilities, functions and other tourist information, so as to givee correct information to the guest
- All necessary facilities have been provided to Vip rooms such as fruits, flowers, cookies, bar and stationary
- Personalized stationary of VIPs is ready well in time
- Guests requests are complied with to their satisfaction
- Instant reservation facility is provided and followed up promptly for reservations in all our hotels
- Ensure all expected arrivals are properly pre registered with correct rates and address ensure rooms are blocked as per the booking and personal preference of the guest
- All Taj group guests are met on arrival and escorted to their rooms
- All guest are met on their departure and their relevant feedback is taken and passed to the management
- Warm Indian Welcome is extended to the VIPs on their arrival through traditional Indian customs Arthur and garlands
- Guest complaints are converted into significant proposals
- Avoid duplication of guest profile
- Assist in implementing T.B.E.M processes
- Implementing & monitoring ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, EMPs & O&Ts, OCPs and training of staff
- Enabling and adherence of principles and work practices detailed under HACCP System in the department viz., Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness, Health, Storage etc as applicable to the area of your work place.
- To co-ordinate mainly with Room Service, Housekeeping Sales as well as coordinating with all departments
