Key Responsibilities include:
Understand the product and the services provided by the company in depth
Find, manage and develop various channels that can be used to generate qualitative leads for the business
Generate and manage leads from various channels, in order to meet the targets set by the company
Understand the requirements and needs of the clients in order to give them optimal results and satisfaction
Guide the client through all necessary processes and documentation
Build a lasting relationship with all involved stakeholders in order to create a positive loop as well as the brand identity of the company
Uphold the reputation and the image of the company by following all guidelines and fulfilling any and all commitments made to the stakeholders
Eligibility:
3 years of experience in Calling industry
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Should have a long-term view, especially with regards to the initiatives being proposed.
Ability to recognize opportunities that bring in long-term value.
Should be able to communicate clearly, to create strategies that help us reach our goals.
Excellent time management skills.
Superb attention to detail.
Joining: Immediate (Preferable)
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
