- Take a product from concept to shelf and manage performance
- Focus on Product Development, Product Improvement, Quality Management, Formulation Support

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage technical aspects of new products and product improvement from concept to production (formulations, packaging, etc.)
- Develop ingredient and finished product specifications
- Work one-on-one with customers to produce formulas
- Report the progress/status of program implementation to manager of food safety, regularly
- Maintain all documents to support formula accuracy and product label compliance standards, feeding guidelines, nutritional adequacy, and advertising claims
- Provide technical support in statistical analysis, problem solving, product disposition, and risk assessment related to products
- Develop and screen product for product quality improvement initiatives and cost savings
- Improve existing products to ensure best performance and cost optimization
- Work with all functional areas to ensure product is developed in an efficient and timely manner
- Coordinate and lead incident management and investigation for consumers and customers
- Ensure all company, food safety, and product quality requirements are met in all formulations and provide support where needed.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Graduation Cosmetology
- 12+ years of Experience in product formulation
- Co-manufacturing experience, preferred
- Proven experience in and understanding of principles of formula development and testing
- Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices requirements

- Ability to hustle and constant follow-ups with stakeholders to push timelines
- Having a strong sense of opinion based on a personal passion and ability to discern.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for negotiation and building relationship with partners
- Proactive and able to work collaboratively and independently.
