About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Accounts Receivable (Online Business) to oversee the finance and accounting operations for our online business vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of AR processes, and the ability to lead a team while collaborating across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations for the online business.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly collection and payment plans at the customer level.
  • Coach and empower the team to maintain accurate books and perform quarterly reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with the MIS team to ensure accurate and timely management reports with complete data integrity.
  • Conduct weekly analyses of AR aging reports to track overdue balances and drive timely collections.
  • Ensure all expenses are recorded promptly for accurate month-end financials.
  • Build strong relationships with client finance counterparts for smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with the business team to align on quarterly plans and targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Financial Operations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
