We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our luxury villa rental business. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our exclusive portfolio of high-end villas to discerning clients worldwide. Your passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and expertise in luxury hospitality will enable you to exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, offering personalized villa recommendations and exceptional customer service.

Provide clients with detailed information about villa features, amenities, and local attractions to facilitate their decision-making process.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue growth.

Negotiate rental terms, prices, and contracts with clients to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties.

Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless booking and check-in process for clients.

Experience and Skills:
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the luxury hospitality or travel industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and cater to high-end clientele.

Industry Knowledge:
A deep understanding of the luxury travel market, particularly in villa rentals, and awareness of current industry trends.

**Language**:
Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages are a plus, especially if relevant to the target markets.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
