Customer Service/marketing Associate

**CUSTOMER SERVICE/MARKETING ASSOCIATE**
a. Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
b. Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
c. Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
d. Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
e. Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
f. Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
g. Handling complaints of the clients.
h. Taking feedbacks from the clients.
**Requirements**:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
j. Proven work experience as a Customer Service/Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.
k. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
l. Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software.
m. A result-driven and organized individual.
n. Good oral and written communication skills in English is a Must.
o. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
p. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
q. Good negotiation and sales skills.
**Shift timings: 4:30 am to 1:30 pm**
**Experience required: 2 years**
**Language: English compulsory.**
**Salary**: From ₹17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surat, Surat - 395007, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
