**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs.
- Engage with the technical team to provide faster resolution to technical issues.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans as set by the sales Lead.
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular sales reports for the sales Lead.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Experience**: Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience in Software Sales, **POS Software knowledge**has been Added Advantage.

**Job Location**: Chennai

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree & Masters in Business, Marketing, Sales related field is must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Built Rapport with customer satisfaction.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Immediate Joiner Required**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
