Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers through phone calls using the provided data.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other related data using CRM software.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the team to improve the sales process and customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and data management is a plus.
- Fluency in [insert languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages] is preferred.
