Position: Voice Process Executive/Tele calling Executive

Job Overview:
As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound or outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or issues efficiently. You will represent the company and act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing product information, services, and assistance to customers.
- Handling customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Managing and updating customer accounts, databases, and information accurately.
- Processing customer orders, changes, and returns efficiently.
- Up-selling or cross-selling products or services to customers, if applicable.
- Following company policies, procedures, and guidelines while adhering to quality standards.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales metrics (if relevant).
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Keeping up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer support and service.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
