**Position: Tele calling Executive**

**Location: HSR**

**Experience: 0-3 years (Fresher’s can apply)**

**Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain gold loan products.
- Handle inbound customer queries regarding gold loans and related services.
- Maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursal.
- Provide information about interest rates, loan eligibility, and repayment terms.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills in [Languages Required - English, Hindi, or Regional Language].
- Basic knowledge of financial services, especially gold loans (preferred).
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in tele calling, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.
