We are seeking a **Telecalling Executive** with at least 1 year of experience in the **educational sector** to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about courses and programs offered.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide detailed information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and guiding students through the enrollment process.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets to support the admissions team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- **1 year of experience** as a Telecaller or Customer Service Executive in an **educational institution**. ( Priority)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- **Preferred languages : English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle queries with patience.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and a passion for education.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
