**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Relationship Officer at Axis Bank in Ganj Basoda. The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing financial advice, communicating with customers, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

**Qualifications**:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

- Graduate/ MBA (Marketing) preferred from a recognized institute.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience (preferably NBFC).

**Role Proficiencies**:

- Proven work experience in branch banking or channel sale.
- Solid Relationship Building Skills with experince of channel sales, team management
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,254.81 per month
