Public Relationship Officer

**Overview**:

- As a Public Relations Officer for our esteemed hospital, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships between the hospital and its various stakeholders, including patients, their families, healthcare professionals, media outlets, and the broader community. Your primary objective will be to enhance the hospital's reputation, communicate its mission and values effectively, and ensure transparency in all communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance the hospital's reputation.
- Serve as the primary contact for media inquiries and cultivate media relationships.
- Manage crisis communications and community outreach initiatives.
- Facilitate internal communication and collaboration across departments.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Work closely with departments across the hospital, including marketing, human resources, and clinical teams, to coordinate initiatives and align messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Communications, Pharma or related field.
- 2-3 Years of Experience in healthcare PR, MR or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
