Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Basic math and cash handling abilities, Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

**Company Overview**:First Plant Organic Henna Private Limited **is a tech enabled consumer startup based out of Bangalore, we are into manufacturing high-quality Mehndi Powder and Mehndi Cones, These Products have received Geographical Identification tag ensuring highest quality.

These products are due for launch from 20th August 2023, We are sourcing henna leaves from the oldest organic plantations based out of Sojat Rajasthan, First Plant will be catering to customers' diverse beauty and cultural needs. First Plant is committed to delivering exceptional Mehndi powder based products for hair care that can enrich customers' lives.

**Job Overview**: As a Frontline Sales Representative, you will provide excellent customer service at the sales counter, manage transactions, and ensure a positive experience for customers. You will be responsible for handling sales, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining the counter area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information on products, services, and promotions.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries.
- **Sales Transactions**:

- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash and debit card payments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales & inventory
- **Product Management**:

- Ensure the counter and displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with product inventory and restocking as needed.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- **Compliance**:

- Follow company policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
