**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service & Relations**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Ensure guests are seated promptly and in a comfortable manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations for food and beverage options.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain a strong relationship with regular and VIP guests, noting preferences and special requests.
- **Reservation Management**:

- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to manage table allocations and guest flow.
- Assist guests with reservations, ensuring they have a smooth and seamless booking experience.
- **Guest Experience Enhancement**:

- Create personalized experiences for guests, such as remembering birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
- Follow up with guests post-dining to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing and promoting special events, themed nights, or promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests in the restaurant, addressing concerns and providing assistance as needed.
- Communicate guest feedback to management, including areas of improvement or suggestions for service enhancements.
- Work closely with the service staff and management to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain an up-to-date guest database, noting guest preferences, special requests, and feedback.
- Assist with the preparation of guest reports, managing guest waitlists, and maintaining reservation logs.
- Ensure the guest area (entrance, waiting area, lobby) is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- **Support to Front-of-House Team**:

- Work with the restaurant manager and staff to ensure the restaurant is prepared to meet guest demands.
- Support the team with guest seating during busy times, ensuring the dining experience runs smoothly.
- Help with the management of guest flows, adjusting seating arrangements or reservations as necessary.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Act as a brand ambassador for the restaurant, maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring that the guest's overall experience aligns with the brand’s values and standards.
- Be knowledgeable about the restaurant’s menu, services, and offerings to provide accurate information to guests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
