Customer Service Executive

**Job description**
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Ability to establish strong client relationships & Ability to meet deadlines & perform under pressure.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Continuously monitoring and improving customer satisfaction levels.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Customer service, Product knowledge, Market knowledge, Quality focus, Problem Solving, Documentation skills, Phone skills, Listening, resolving conflict, Analysing information and Multi-tasking.
- Perform good troubleshooting steps with technical knowledge.
- Generate sales leads
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
**Requirements**:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative preferably in the Chat/messaging industry.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Passionate for learning new trends and technologies in Chat/messaging industry.
- Excellent communication in English and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
