Skep IT Global Systems provides top-tier recruitment solutions, connecting businesses with exceptional talent. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and help clients meet their hiring needs.
**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Representative, you will identify and engage potential clients (startups and corporates), sell our recruitment services, and foster long-lasting relationships. You’ll also visit co-working spaces to network and generate leads, helping to grow our client base and revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and secure new clients through cold calling, networking, and visiting co-working spaces.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends to spot new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment or HR services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with client visits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
