**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including office supplies, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Vendor coordination, follow-ups, and local visits for purchases/administrative work.
- Assist in facility and asset management.
- Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel (expenses, vendor data, stock records, etc.).
- Support management with logistics, event/meeting arrangements, and office operations.
- Handle local field work such as bank visits, vendor meetings, courier handling, etc.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external service providers.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (basic formulas, data entry, reporting).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for work-related tasks.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
- **Must own a personal bike with valid driving license.**:
- Comfortable with both office-based and field work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
