**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide general **office administration** services, including filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and files related to **sales**, **inventory**,expenses and **business operations**.
- **Scheduling & Appointment Coordination**: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle appointments for senior staff members.
- **Communication**: Facilitate smooth communication between **internal teams** and **external clients**, ensuring accurate translations and coordination between languages.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure that the office space is well-maintained, organized, and properly equipped for day-to-day activities.
- **Record Management**: Maintain accurate records of **incoming and outgoing** mail, deliveries, and business-related documents.
- **Executive Support**: Assist heads and executives and other team members with administrative tasks and office organization.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; **graduate degree** preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years of experience** in an **office assistant** or administrative support role.
- **Language Proficiency**: Must be fluent in **Gujarati**, **Hindi**, and **English** (both written and spoken).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other common office software.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative work.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with dealers, suppliers, distributors.
- **Professionalism**: Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing to overall office productivity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
