Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and discussions with potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our loan offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and exploit promotional opportunities.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and any other documentation required by management.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network with potential clients and professionals in the financial services sector.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends to help shape future product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales success in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, especially loan products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- High level of self-motivation, determination, and confidence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet potential clients and attend industry events.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
