**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:
Identify and target potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
**Sales Strategy**:
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop pricing and negotiation strategies.
**Product Knowledge**:
Stay updated on Absoft Solutions' products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
**Pipeline Management**:
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring a consistent and organized approach.
Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.**
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
