**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain appointment schedules and manage bookings.
- Prepare and issue bills, invoices, and receipts accurately.
- Record and update customer payment information in the system.
- Maintain records and organize billing documents for easy access.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, billing assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using billing software and office tools (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or invoicing is an advantage.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
