**Manage Appointments**:
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain an organized appointment calendar for practitioners.
**Handle Communications**:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
**Patient Records Management**:
- Register new patients and update existing patient information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
**Billing and Payments**:
- Process patient payments and provide receipts.
- Assist with insurance claims and billing inquiries as needed.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist practitioners with administrative tasks.

**Maintain Reception Area**:
