Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Sector 46, Gurgaon

Job Summary:

- We are looking for a friendly, organized, and efficient Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company and will handle the front desk's day-to-day operations. This includes greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet Visitors: Welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

2. Manage Phone Calls: Answer, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.

3. Schedule Appointments: Manage and schedule appointments for staff and ensure meeting rooms are prepared.

4. Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

5. Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.

6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to centre head as needed.

7. Database Management: Update and maintain contact lists and databases.

8. Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

9. Security Protocols: Follow and enforce security procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate or equivalent required; additional qualifications as a Receptionist or Secretary are a plus.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
