- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files and maintaining office supplies.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Customer service orientation

**Provide a brief overview of the role and its key responsibilities.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments/individuals.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Maintain and organize appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and approachable demeanor.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
