Receptionist Ipd Billing Executive

**Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties**:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants courteously.
**IPD Billing Duties**:
- Prepare and maintain accurate indoor patient billing (IPD) records.
- Generate interim and final bills for admitted patients.
- Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, and diagnostics for service and charge entries.
- Process payments (cash/card/UPI/insurance) and issue receipts.
- Update software entries and ensure real-time billing accuracy.
- Handle queries related to billing and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure discharge process is completed with all billing formalities.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- 1-2 years of experience in hospital reception and billing preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with hospital management software (HMS).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Polite, responsible, and patient-friendly attitude.
- Manage patient registration for OPD/IPD and guide them to the appropriate department.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and ensure security protocols at the front desk.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional behavior at the reception counter.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
