
IT Client Relationship Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings with sales managers for lead generation.
- Manage prospect generation by identifying and qualifying potential clients for Digital Marketing and Website-related services.
- Initiate outbound telephone calls to promote and sell Digital Marketing solutions, including SEO, Social Media Management, and Website Development.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and follow up regularly to understand client needs and build relationships.
- Educate clients with in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing and Website services, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, adhering to company guidelines for resolution.
- Send proposals and follow up with clients on outstanding payments when necessary.
- Ensure a premium level of client satisfaction by aiming to address all inquiries within a single phone call.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Experience**:
- 0-3 years in B2B sales, particularly with a focus on promoting Digital Marketing or Website services to businesses. Freshers are welcome.
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and Website development services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and target-driven.
- Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute creatively within the role.
