Fleet Executive

**Job Title: Fleet Supervisor**

Location: Sukinda (Jajpur) / Angul

Experience: 1-4 years

**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure smooth functioning of all assigned vehicles.

Coordinate with drivers for scheduling, tracking, and resolving any operational issues.

Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to fleet management.

Maintain records of vehicle movements, repairs, and expenses using Excel.

Address any driver concerns and ensure efficient communication between management and drivers.

Assist in optimizing routes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Handle any fleet-related emergencies and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.

**Requirements**:
1-4 years of experience in fleet operations or a similar role.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining records and reports.

Good communication skills to manage and interact with drivers effectively.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
