Job Title Fleet Executive Location Angul Odisha Company Exim Logistics Pvt Ltd Salary - 10000 to 16000 Experience - 2 to 4 year Preferred male candidates only Accommodation is free About the Company Exim Logistics Pvt Ltd is a leading logistics and transportation service provider committed to delivering efficient and cost-effective solutions for clients across industries With a strong presence in Eastern India we specialize in fleet management warehousing and supply chain solutions Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Executive to manage and coordinate our fleet operations in Angul The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal fleet performance timely dispatch vehicle maintenance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards Key Responsibilities Monitor daily fleet movement and vehicle availability Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors for timely dispatch and delivery Ensure proper maintenance schedules for all vehicles and manage service records Handle vehicle documentation including permits insurance and pollution certificates Track and reduce vehicle downtime through preventive maintenance planning Monitor fuel usage and driver performance Assist in route planning and optimization Manage and resolve breakdowns and emergencies efficiently Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on fleet utilization and performance Requirements Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain or a related field 2-4 years of experience in fleet operations or logistics Knowledge of vehicle maintenance transport laws and road safety Proficient in MS Excel and fleet management software tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Familiarity with the Angul and Eastern India routes is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
