Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented & organized Project Coordinator to join team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution & completion of various projects within our organization. This role involves coordinating project activities, communicating with team members & stakeholders & supporting project managers in achieving project goals.

1. Project Planning: Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives & timelines. Collaborate with project manager to develop project plans. 2. Task Management: Create & maintain detailed project task lists, assigning tasks to team member & tracking progress to ensure that deadlines are met. 3. Communication: Facilitate communication among project team members & stakeholders, ensuring everyone is well-informed & aligned on project objectives & status. 4. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes & status reports. 5. Resource Allocation: Assist in resource allocation by coordinating the availability of team members & necessary resources for the project. 6. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks & issues & work with the project manager to develop mitigation plans. 7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards & client expectations. 8. Meeting Coordination: Schedule & organize project meetings, including agenda preparation & document key decisions & action items. 9. Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project budgets & expenses, reporting any discrepancies to the project manager. 10. Stakeholder Relations: Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders & act as a point of contract for inquiries & updates.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
