Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner
Your Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing consistent recruiting practices
Partnering with leaders to address ongoing hiring needs
Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
Exceeding hiring benchmarks for efficiency and satisfaction
Conducting sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Negotiating salaries, generating offers, and facilitating pre-onboarding processes
Your Skillset:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in technology hiring
Proven track record in leadership scouting and engagement
Familiarity with the latest technology stacks and applicant tracking systems
Bonus Points if:
You're currently with a product-based company
You hold a BTech/MBA qualification
